You can make orders from your woocommerce store automatic, or you can manually place orders through our dropship site. (note: this site is not our dropship site, you need to apply for an account to use the dropshipping website UNLESS…). If you buy this plugin you DO NOT need to apply for a dropshipping account as the plugin creates your account. You never have to visit our dropship site to place an order either since this is all done for you in the background each time you receive a new order on your own store.

With this plugin, when your store receives an order, the SKU numbers are sent to our fulfillment center in the background as your customer completes checkout.  Your SKU numbers must be the same as ours.

This happens instantly when a new order comes in and is ” Processing ” which is the default Woocommerce order status for paid orders. If you or another plugin has modified this default behavior just let us know what your paid order status is and we’ll customize some code for you.

(Otherwise we will never receive your orders at all, so Processing is very important.) You can also place orders manually anytime, where needed.

If you accept bank check payments your order status will likely go to On Hold which is OK.  Once the check clears, change the status to Processing and the order is sent to us, shipped and you’re done.

When your store receives an order, The SKU numbers are matched to the product(s) on our end, and your store email is checked against existing accounts, or a new account is created if you don’t exist yet.  You can install this plugin and start selling without even telling us.  Once you receive a paid order everything sets itself up in our system automatically.  If you do not currently offer our products, you will need the products to sell.  There is another plugin for that to create your products in minutes and get your store populated with the coffee products, displaying your logo (that you set in your store).  This plugin only automates the ordering process so you don’t have to manually visit our dropshipping site, add to cart, enter shipping address, enter payment information and checkout.  When you have lots of orders, this does not work out very well.  That’s why we made this plugin.  No need to do any of that when the plugin does the ordering for you.

When any SKU on your order matches our SKU it creates the order for the product(s) at the discounted dropship price.
An email is sent with a PAY NOW button and link, AND the Order Notes inside your order, on your site, also get updated with the Pay Now button, so you can pay the dropship order price from your own order or in your store’s email account:

When you pay the invoice the order is shipped. If you do not pay the invoice the system waits until you do, if ever. You can do a test order and never pay.  If the order does not receive payment after 14 days the order cancels.  This lets you do all the testing you want to do.

We do it this way so you are not instantly charged when an order comes through. This allows you to review it, or never pay
it if your customer cancels the order (or if it’s fraudulent). Once the invoice is paid, it ships quick.

When your site’s order status changes to ” Completed ” the Pay Now button on your site’s order deletes itself, sometimes a few minutes later.
It is best to wait for us to ship the order before changing your order status to Completed. You receive the tracking number in your store’s email when we ship.

If you do not use Completed and instead use Shipped for the final order status, the Order Note may not delete itself. In this case just click delete under the order note. Shipped order status is not part of your store, unless you added it or a plugin did, so it’s rare.  You most likely have the Completed order status selection in your Orders list.

Remember, your WordPress must have the free Woocommerce Plugin installed first.  That’s required.  (In WordPress, go to Plugins -> Add New Plugin and search for Woocommerce*)

Final Notes: We do not support Cash on Delivery payment method. All orders require payment to ship. If you accept other forms of payment
like Checks or ACH, etc. that is fine, it will not cause any issues with our shipping since orders to us are on hold until paid.

Currently subscribing to Old Chicago Coffee Co.’s dropshipping program (manual orders)?  This plugin can replace your subscription, but only if you are using our default labels with your logo.  If you’re doing custom SKU with your own custom label you need to stay with the standard subscription model.
