We also offer an automated ordering plugin you can add on anytime to place orders with us on your behalf, no need to manually visit our other site for dropshipping, where you have to login, add products to cart that your customer ordered, then start checkout by entering their shipping address, your payment information and finally completing checkout.  SKIP ALL OF THAT with the automated plugin we also offer – view more about this.  This plugin on this page is to automate product creation for your site, in minutes, and set your retail prices.

Here’s how to get started, if you’re new to WordPress:  Install WordPress, then in the left menu go to Plugins -> Add New Plugin and search for Woocommerce.  Select install, then Activate.  Follow instructions to set-up your store or (visit Woocommerce -> Settings and fill in your info, make payment processing selections, make shipping selections, etc.). (Note: with this plugin you get Free Shipping to all USA destinations.  Up to you if you want to offer your customers free shipping or charge for it).

Next, go back to Plugins -> Add New Plugin and this time select to Upload a Plugin.  Now you just upload this plugin (in .zip format, the same way you download it from us.  Don’t unzip it, leave it as is after you checkout and download it.  You just upload direct to WordPress as a zip file.)

Once uploaded it will auto-install.  Now select Activate and look in the left menu, usually right under “Products” where you will find our menu for Brand-A-Bean.  Go inside our plugin from there and upload your logo, set your prices and publish the products.  You’re live and ready to sell!  Share on social media, sell everywhere.

How Orders Work, Manually placed or upgrade to automated ordering

You can upgrade to make orders automatic, or you can manually place orders through our dropship site. If you upgrade you never have to visit our dropship site to place an order as this is all done for you each time you receive a new order.  As mentioned earlier, this only works if:

1.  You are using Woocommerce
2.  You are using the plugin on this page.

You can’t use this plugin or the automated orders plugin if you plan to use your own custom coffee labels (full labels) and your own custom SKU numbers.  Our plugins only work with our SKU numbers and our default product images.
